Cynthia’s extensive background in business, psychology, and coaching enables her to help people achieve their potential and succeed the way they want. With experience consulting for companies like Chase Bank, Cisco, Centex Homes, Charles Schwab, GlaxoSmithKline and IBM, Cynthia has helped individuals and teams achieve personal and organizational success.

Cynthia’s designations include Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
