At The Workplace Coach our goal is to provide tools that will help leaders and their companies thrive in an ever-evolving marketplace. Based out of Atlanta, GA, we also have coaches located in Washington, DC, Jacksonville, FL, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO and Boston, MA. Life, Career and Wellness Coaching is typically conducted by phone or Skype while Executive, Leadership and Business Coaching services are offered in-person, virtually or a combination of both. Mickey Parsons, MED, MCC, CEAP

Mickey Parsons is the Founder of The Workplace Coach, where he and his colleagues provide coaching services for business leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs. Mickey’s background includes extensive experience in employee assistance (EAP) leadership, corporate education and human resources, plus more than 22 years’ experience managing and leading business organizations. He is pursuing a doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and holds a master’s degree in educational psychology along with numerous professional credentials, including: Master Certified Coach, Certified Organizational Development Professional and Certified Employee Assistance Professional.

As an executive leadership coach, Mickey has worked with leaders from local businesses, Fortune 500 companies and several International clients, including Atlanta Journal Constitution, American Express, AXA Financial Advisors, ArborGen, Bowne, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Catlin, Cox Newspapers, Olan Mills Studios, Brach Candy Company, Unum, Bank of America, Lennar/USA Homes, McKee Foods – The “Little Debbie” Corporation, McDonalds Corporation, Home Shopping Network, Spelman College, Mungo – America’s Best Home Builder, First Sun EAP, Turner Broadcasting, The State of Georgia, WellStar Health Systems, Marriott, The Boston School, Nora, Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians, Wealth Enhancement Group and the New York Times. Additionally, Mickey has co-authored several eLearning programs and college courses. He teaches advanced coaching, career coaching and business coaching courses for Life University’s School of Psychology in Marietta, GA, where students may earn a certificate, associates, or bachelor’s focused degree in coaching psychology. Mickey is also currently developing the curriculum for Life U’s Master’s in Positive Psychology – Coaching Track.

Kelly Angell, Life Coach Atlanta GA

Kelly Angell, MAPD, CLC

As a Life Coach and Leadership Skills Coach, Kelly is passionate about lifelong learning. She coaches with a desire to see individuals experience lasting transformation as they move towards their ultimate fulfillment and potential. Kelly enjoys working with leaders who want to be successful at work and in life. She challenges all of her clients to discover their strengths, unique design, and to engage the growth agenda in their present circumstances. As a coach, Kelly helps clients to assess where they are and walks with them to where they want to be – whether moving forward is to overcome adversity, navigate transitions, get unstuck, build stronger relationships, or clarify and live according to values, be more effective as a leader, achieve a goal, or find balance in life.

Kelly has a master’s degree in counseling/professional development and certification in leadership coaching. She has a strong background in operations management, human resources, and leading teams in both for-profit and nonprofit business organizations. Her strengths include: building authentic relationships and effective teams, leadership development, systems improvement, mediations, and problem solving. Kelly works alongside international leaders on their leadership and personal development journeys.

Richard Bernard jr. - Life Coach Located in DC

Richard Bernard, Jr., MED

As a life and business coach with over 20 years of diverse experience in the private sector and public education, Richard partners with professionals, education executives, civil servants, and small business owners to create a dynamic relationship focused on results. As a strategist he helps his clients define and design their decisions as well as their destiny. His areas of expertise includes: fitness, turnaround situations, and work-life balance. Richard believes in helping each client and entity in discovering their truth, passion and zeal — living in their light versus in their shadow.

Richard holds a Masters degree in Education and a certificate in coaching from Coaching Training Institute.

Donna Cooper, MS, NCC

As a Career Management Expert and Coach with over 20 years of experience working in the field of career, professional and personal development, Donna’s passion is helping people become more successful, resilient, and self-actualized through the development of their talent, skills, and abilities. She helps clients gain clarity about their career direction, and then guides them to take actionable steps to achieve their goals. This process may include assessments, a fresh resume, or a strategic job search plan that positions her clients above their competitors.

Having helped hundreds of executives, senior leaders, managers and college students effectively navigate career transitions, Donna is keenly aware of what it takes to create, and transform a career path. She partners with her clients to examine obstacles and motivators for change while paying special attention to environmental, personal factors and other powerful influencers. Debbie Frame, MCC, CLC

Debbie has been coaching executives and mentoring other coaches since the late eighties. Trained as a coach during her almost 20 year corporate tenure, Debbie integrated coaching executives, managers and supervisors with a demanding aerospace manufacturing management position at a Fortune 10 company. Debbie has had a private coaching practice since 1997, coaching executives, entrepreneurs and professionals.

Her corporate experience is in operations with extensive training and coaching focus in: leadership development and competencies, organizational design, operations management, conflict management, process improvement and problem solving. No stranger to profit and loss, Debbie has had up to $400MM of P&L experience and people responsibility in both union and non union environments.

Very involved in the coaching field over the last years, Debbie is the former President of Coach U (the largest coach training organization in the world). She holds the designation of Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.
