Dr. Mickey Parsons, PSYD, MCC, CEAP

As Founder of The Workplace Coach, Mickey has coached thousands of executives, business leaders and professionals. His background includes extensive experience in employee assistance (EAP) leadership, corporate education and human resources, plus more than 24 years experience managing and leading business organizations. He is a Doctor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and holds a Masters degree in EducationPsychology along with numerous professional credentials, including: Master Certified Coach (MCC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), Certified Organizational Development Professional and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).

As an executive leadership coach, Mickey has worked with leaders from local businesses, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations and several International clients, including Atlanta Journal Constitution, American Express, AXA Financial Advisors, ArborGen, Bowne, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Catlin, Cox Newspapers, Olan Mills Studios, Brach Candy Company, Unum, Bank of America, Lennar/USA Homes, McKee Foods – The “Little Debbie” Corporation, McDonalds Corporation, Home Shopping Network, Spelman College, Mungo – America’s Best Home Builder, First Sun EAP, Turner Broadcasting, The State of Georgia, WellStar Health Systems, Marriott, The Boston School, Nora, Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians, Wealth Enhancement Group and the New York Times. Additionally, he serves as Assistant Professor of Coaching Psychology for Life University’s School of Psychology in Marietta, GA, where students may earn a certificate, associates, or bachelor’s focused degree in coaching psychology. Mickey also developed the curriculum for Life U’s Master’s in Positive Psychology – Coaching Track


Dr. “Rae” Rachel Elahee, PSYD, BCC

Dr. Rachel M. Elahee, more fondly known as “Dr. Rae” is a coaching psychologist, board certified coach, certified diversity practitioner and author of “Choose You!: Reignite Your Passion For Life.” As an entrepreneur, wife and mother of four, she has developed a keen passion for supporting the needs of executives, corporate leaders and small business owners.

Dr. Rae inspires professionals to excel in the workplace through ‘everyday leadership’ by equipping her clients with the practical and tangible skills necessary to achieve grater life satisfaction, professional productivity and ultimately, peace of mind. She believes that in order to excel in our careers, we must first excel in our personal lives. Dr. Rae specializes in leadership development, character strengths development, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and team building. A few of her engagements include Halyard Health (formerly Kimberly Clark Healthcare), GE, HP, and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Donna Cooper, MS, NCC

As a Career Management Expert and Coach with over 20 years of experience working in the field of career, professional and personal development, Donna’s passion is helping people become more successful, resilient, and self-actualized through the development of their talent, skills, and abilities. She helps clients gain clarity about their career direction, and then guides them to take actionable steps to achieve their goals. This process may include assessments, a fresh resume, or a strategic job search plan that positions her clients above their competitors.

Having helped hundreds of executives, senior leaders, managers and college students effectively navigate career transitions, Donna is keenly aware of what it takes to create, and transform a career path. She partners with her clients to examine obstacles and motivators for change while paying special attention to environmental, personal factors and other powerful influencers. Cynthia Lynch, BCC, NCC, LPC

Cynthia has as passion for both business and psychology and works with organizations, teams and individuals to help maximize their effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability. Cynthia’s designations include Board Certified Coach (BCC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Cynthia’s organizational effectiveness experience includes leadership development, selection and hiring, high potentials development, communications, and effective team performance. She has consulted with companies such as Chase Bank, Andersen Consulting, Cisco, Centex Homes, Charles Schwab, GlaxoSmithKline, IBM, The Nature Conservancy and BellSouth. Earlier in her career Cynthia held risk management positions with Aetna and Johnson & Higgins where she designed, developed, and implemented risk management programs for a broad range of clients including many Fortune 500 companies.

Cynthia identifies and works with client strengths to benefit the organization and their employees. Enthusiastic and insightful, Cynthia is known for her warmth and energy. Clients appreciate her ability to coach them to solve problems and reach goals in a non-judgmental, supportive and approachable way.
